What is the STAC Summit?
STAC (Support The Arts & Creatives) Summit is a 3-day weekend experience dedicated to empowering independent artists, creatives, and entertainment professionals through panels, workshops, networking, live performances, and after-parties.

📅 Dates: July 111-13, 2025
Is the summit free to attend?
Yes! all "Main Events" are FREE with RSVP, but some exclusive experiences (VIP access, off-site events, and after-parties) may require a ticket purchase.

Who is this summit for?
STAC Summit is for independent artists, producers, DJs, songwriters, managers, media professionals, content creators, and industry executives looking to connect, learn, and grow.

How can I perform at STAC Summit?
There are THREE (3) ways to secure a performance slot:

Secure your spot on stage at one of three exclusive STAC Summit after-parties!
💰 $250 per slot
📅 10 slots available per night
🔹 "Who’s Got the Hottest 16" Contest – Enter the competition for a chance to be a sponsored performer at an official event.
🔹 Official Artist Submissions – Apply for a performance slot through our open-call submission form on the website.
What kind of performances will be featured?
We’re showcasing rappers, singers, bands, DJs, poets, and more across multiple genres, including any and all genres.
Do my songs need to be clean for the STAC Summit performances?
Yes, all music performed at the STAC Summit must be clean *excluded the after parties*

How can my brand or company get involved?
We offer sponsorship, vendor, and partnership opportunities. Contact us at stac@bsoyfoundation.org to receive a sponsorship deck.
Will there be food & drink vendors?
Yes! We are offering both on-site and off-site vendor opportunities. On-site vendors will have space at the event to showcase and sell their products, while off-site vendors—such as local restaurants and businesses—can be featured on our "Must Visit" list for attendees looking to explore Memphis during the summit. This gives vendors multiple ways to engage with our audience and benefit from the summit’s exposure.
